Sigmastead is built by Tech City LLC, a veteran-owned company in Chester, Virginia.
Why this exists
Every service holding a piece of your life holds it well enough for its own purposes and no further. Your health data answers health questions. Your calendar answers calendar questions. The question that spans them has nowhere to live.
That looks like a product gap rather than a law of nature. Closing it means bringing selected data into one place a person controls, making relationships across it visible, and letting the person decide what any of it is used for or shared with.
Whether Sigmastead closes it is not settled yet. Where data lives, who holds the keys, and what deletion actually destroys are open engineering decisions, not finished features — and this site will not describe them as finished while they are open.
How we work
Status, stated out loud
Every capability here is built, designed, or undecided, and is labelled that way. Nothing is written in the present tense because it is expected to be true later.
Boring infrastructure
Managed services and no bespoke cryptography. Novelty belongs in the thesis, not in the parts that must not fail.
Decide, then claim
Custody, portability and erasure are not marketing surface. When they are designed to a standard worth defending and shown to work, they will be described here — and not before.

Where things stand
Sigmastead is in private development. There is no public product, no waitlist you have been added to, and no user data in existence, because there are no users. A plain account of what is built, what is only designed, and what has not been decided is on the home page.
