What the public site does not do

• Public pages set no cookies. The restricted architecture-review area uses only the essential authentication cookies described below.
• We do not run analytics or review visitor-behavior reports.
• No third-party page assets. Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google or another asset host. Delivery still uses the hosting providers described below.
• No JavaScript runs. There is none on the site.
• No advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
• No public account registration, public login, or hosted contact form.

There is no advertising or analytics cookie banner because the site runs no analytics, advertising trackers, or optional cookies.

Restricted architecture-review access

The Architecture page and its diagrams are available only to people Tech City LLC approves individually. That area uses a dedicated Amazon Cognito login, separate from the Sigmastead product. It sets secure, HTTP-only cookies containing short-lived authentication and sign-in state so the server can verify access before serving the restricted files.

There is no self-registration. A reviewer requests access by email; Tech City LLC decides whether to create or revoke that separate diligence account. Cognito processes the approved reviewer’s email address, password credentials, multi-factor authentication setup, and sign-in events for this purpose. These records are not product-vault data and are not used for advertising or analytics.

Server logs

The site is served as static files from Amazon S3 through Amazon CloudFront. AWS may process technical information such as IP address and user agent in the ordinary course of delivering the page, as any web host does. Access logging is not enabled on this distribution, so we do not collect, retain, or review that data.

If you email us

The address on this site is a normal mailbox. If you write to us, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to have the conversation and to keep a reasonable business record. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details. Email and hosting providers process the information needed to deliver and store the correspondence.

You may ask us to delete correspondence. We will remove it from active mailboxes when reasonably possible, subject to legal, security, backup, and necessary business-record obligations.

Do not email health records, exports, passwords, government-issued identifiers, payment details, or other sensitive personal data.

The product is a separate matter

This statement covers this website only. Sigmastead the product is in private development, is not available, and has no users, so there is no product data to describe the handling of. When that changes it will carry its own privacy documentation — which is, after all, the entire point of it.

If this statement changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
