Contact · one mailbox, read by a person

Pick the door that fits.

No form, no ticketing system, no autoresponder. Each door opens a plain email with a subject line so the right conversation starts on the first message.

Response times are a founder's, not a support desk's—but every message is read.

01 Start with the private alpha

Bring one real goal, not your records.

The first conversation is about fit: the goal you want help with, the kinds of data you already use, and what a useful outcome would look like. Do not email exports or sensitive personal information.

Email warning · do not send health records, raw exports, passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data.

02 What to expect

Straight answers, in that order.

Alpha. The invited alpha has not started. Writing does not add you to a list or create an account; it starts a conversation about whether your goal and data fit what exists today. First eligible participants are adults in the United States.

Partners. Every new data source needs its own reviewed adapter, and independent applications connect only through a future developer gateway with scopes you select. Bring the use case; we will tell you where it lands on the roadmap.

Funders and reviewers. Ask for the evidence. The dated ledger, the architecture decisions, and the honest limits are the pitch. Architecture access is granted individually after an out-of-band review; sending a request does not create an account or grant access.

03 Why there's no contact form

The address is just an address.

A form would hand your message to a third-party service before it reached us. On a site arguing that your data should stay where you put it, that would be a strange thing to ask of you.
