Vision Board

Describe the life you want to build in a private visual workspace: areas such as health, family, learning, career, or finances; an outcome; a motivation; a time horizon; an image or reference if you like. Connect a vision area to one or more goals without exposing the board to a model, another person, or any public surface. Images and free text are private content and stay out of analysis unless a future contract explicitly classifies, previews, and minimizes them.

Choose a goal

Goal Studio asks you to pick and confirm one plain-language purpose before anything else can happen. A confirmed choice is bound by reviewed software to one exact analysis strategy and version. Draft, unclear, tracking-only, unsupported, and insufficient-evidence choices all stop locally and make no model request.

Where it stands. Working in the development application with synthetic data. The purpose selector is live there; packet review and consent stay disabled until a purpose is confirmed.

Select data

Every source enters through a reviewed adapter that maps only named fields with explicit units, excludes free text like workout titles and comments, and leaves ambiguous fields visibly unresolved rather than guessing. Today that means one-time exports: a training log, sleep, and a personal calendar. Reading, money, and other domains follow the same rule—no source is presented as connected until its adapter has passed review. Sigmastead does not connect to your accounts, sync in the background, or scrape.

Where it stands. One bounded training adapter and a reviewed sleep/calendar importer exist locally and synthetically. The alpha adapter set, consent flow, provenance display, and phone-sized import proof are open.

Private vault

Records are encrypted on your trusted device under keys you control before upload. Storage receives ciphertext plus opaque identifiers. Ownership is derived from your verified sign-in, every authorized operation targets one exact object, and Tech City's routine systems hold no key that decrypts persisted vault content.

Where it stands. Sign-in, identity-derived namespace, client-side encryption, ciphertext storage, and exact-object authorization are working in development with synthetic data. Production acceptance still requires independent review of the exact vault, recovery, and hosted release boundary, together with the applicable operational-security baseline. Cross-domain evidence

Selected signals appear side by side on one understandable timeline, with the context you add, dated and correctable. Missing data is shown as missing—never filled with a default or a guess.

Where it stands. A synthetic Life Lane and a packet-backed weekly comparison table exist locally. Real adapter integration, provenance display, and a plotted private timeline are open.

Preview the packet

Before any AI analysis you see exactly what would leave your device: included fields, summarized fields, excluded fields, and unknowns. Approval binds the exact packet digest, purpose, processing region, and expiry. Change anything and the approval is void.

Where it stands. The exact preview, consent receipt, and one-use submission are working in development with synthetic data.

Cited observation

The comparison itself—which weeks, which values, what difference—is computed by software and checked against the packet. The model contributes only uncertainty, limitations, an authority boundary, and one bounded question. If the evidence is insufficient the result says so instead of inventing a pattern. One request, no automatic retry.

Where it stands. One bounded fictional training-and-sleep scenario produced an accepted useful response on 4 September 2026. This does not establish universal personalization or private-data readiness; each new goal family needs its own strategy and benchmark first.

Choose an action

An observation can become a bounded experiment, direct coaching for a goal you own, or a question for the person who owns an external plan. Sigmastead may coach when you explicitly choose that role; it never modifies a human coach's workouts, offers a diagnosis, or prescribes.

Goal Momentum

Opt in per goal. Define what progress means, add milestones, complete them yourself or with cited evidence, reflect weekly, correct anything, pause and resume without penalty. No points, streaks, leaderboards, or rewards for connecting more data.

Where it stands. Contracts, state logic, milestone and reflection controls, encrypted browser persistence, and a portable export are built locally with synthetic tests. Hosted lifecycle validation and invited-alpha evidence are open.
